Situated in the heart of Cirencester town, we are an independent family run gym.
Simone Price, director, was voted Fitness Professional of the Year and has received a Lifetime Award from the Register of Exercise Professionals for her work within the fitness industry.

equipment to help you achieve this.

Our fully air-conditioned gym area is split into 3 areas; the first part will help to improve your general fitness levels with 20 cardiovascular pieces of equipment including, treadmills, bikes, rowers, cross trainers and steppers.
The next area is the resistance machines with enough variety to tone whichever parts of the body you wish.
And finally we have a fully equipped free weights area, from 1kg through to 50kg dumb bells plus Olympic barbells
with a squat rack and various benches

No more having to stop your exercise and change the pin, just press a button and the weight changes while you exercise. Makes your programme more effective and saves you time. Better results in shorter time.


Don't worry if you're new to the gym, our fully qualified staff will ensure you have a personalised programme to follow designed to meet your specific requirements. Using our "health trainer" terminal you can:-
