The hottest non-impact workout. To develop alignment, posture, lean muscles & flexibility. Highly effective on achieving a flatter stomach & tightening your pelvic floor.
No prior experience required. Usually the class is based just on the mat,
but sometimes fitballs and exercise bands are used.
 

Spinningg

Group session using bikes for a high intensity workout; change the resistance to vary the power. Good for improving fitness levels

Aerobicsg

Low or high impact workout for the whole body. What a fun way to get in shape.
No dance skills needed.

A weight loss and muscular toning workout using a step to increase the intensity. If your looking to boost your metabolism burn a few extra calories and lose a few stubborn pounds, this class will fit the bill.

Stability workout designed to target the lower, the upper, the sides and the back of the core. All 4 areas targeted make this class perfect for anyone wanting good core tone, strength or conditioning for that sport
